Stayed in Carson towers for five days and walked past here everyday. My 6 year old son wanted to eat here every time he saw it. He kept seeing the hibachi . On our last night we decided to give it a try. The hostess said the hibachi wasn't available because it was about to close and the people already seated had placed their order. We chose to sit at a table . My son got really upset and started crying. The waitress for the hibachi saw him crying and said we could sit at the hibachi . She would get the chef to wait a few minutes for us. Crisis averted. Everyone was happy. Many thanks to the staff for accommodating us. The dressing on the salad was amazing. Not the typical ginger dressing . Fried was great . I had the chicken that was excellent. And the vegetables were the highlight. Great texture and flavor. The chef went out of his way to make sure my son enjoyed it. It's not your typical hibachi. Give it a try. You'll like it. They also have other Asian styles as well.
I really enjoyed the food. The staff was very attentive. At times I had three differnt people checking on my beverage. The waiter was very helpful. Good food. No attitude. = I will be back. The General Tso Chicken was perfect,
My parents really enjoyed this place- they had the General's chicken and Cashew chicken. We did the hibatchi grill and really liked it last year. However, this year we ordered the Hong Kong beef and the Mongolian beef and it was NASTY. The bee was rubbery and I couldn't even choke it down. I actually sent it back!! Our eggrolls were burnt to a crisp as well, and we sent those back too. I have never sent food back before!! Basically, we spent $40 for 2 fortune cookies. Never, ever EVER again!!!!!
Really cool room with some interesting dishes. The menu is not necessarily traditional for a noodle house as there are quite a few entree choices available as well. Food was superb and the service was as well.
My husband & I have enjoyed our dinner here the past 2 trips to Vegas! The service is wonderful, we had Art as our server both times. I love the artwork & ambiance of the décor and lighting, it's a very pretty place. The food is phenomenal, quite a large menu! I love the won ton soup and Jason's favorite was the honey chicken -- great portion sizes for the price! We will make this a stop on all our vacations in the future =). I would definitely make reservations, as I saw a long line of people waiting after we were seated - they open @ 5pm for dinner.
