You're paying for the view view and view. Is discreet and well trained service there with imaginative well made cocktails on the lists? Check. But the bar is so quietly subdued (lots of biz traffic or 50+ crowd) and the decor isn't that well designed or visually wow to have made it worth the visit. I prefer the Bond Bar at Cosmo hotel for the lounge clubby yet upscale vibe with 30 something mix.

Great low-key place to hang out with friends. Drinks are expensive ($18) but finely crafted and well worth it. If you don't see something on the menu you like, name your favorite ingredient and the bartender will hook you up with something unique and tasty. Amazing view and ambience.

Very nice. Low light, jazz lounge feel, very very nice bathrooms. This is the place you go if you're wanting a bar with a relaxed feel.

Quiet and elegant, maybe a little too much so for someone accustomed to the typical strip cocktail lounges, but service and view are spectacular. Bring your wallet.

Fantastic cocktails, killer view, classy vibe make for a great lounge experience. Live jazz on Wednesdays is not to be missed.

Nice, classy, and relaxing bar located in the Mandarin hotel. Go here for an escape from the insanity of Vegas. Its not a club, but more of an upper class hangout lounge. Nice bathrooms, floor to ceiling windows, and a fantastic view of the Las Vegas strip.

High class, low lights, elegant, well dressed waitresses, great music, top notch cocktails, comfy seating, and a killer view of Vegas. Age group is late 20s on up. More of a mature scene. NO COVER. So shoeless thy there's no cover to get in. Just go. It's amazing.
