An amazing spectacle of an evening, once you get past all the emailing and scanning to obtain one of the 8 places. The food is definitely on the experimental side of things, but there's not a miss step on the menu. Your evening will be shaped by random collection of dining companions in your sitting, but once the drink and the wonderful food start to flow hopefully everyone will be swept along on this culinary journey. Choosing the wine pairings brings your check in above $400 so bring your wallet. I've never eaten food like this before and the whole choreographed presentation of food preparation makes it an amazing experience. The only downside for me was that my companions seemed very fast eaters. I wish I could have taken more time to savour the dishes, however I'm delighted to have had the experience. So if you can afford the price tag, it's well worth it.

è was perhaps the most amazing dining experience of my life, albeit easily the most expensive. The meal was a great combination of amazing food and theatrical performance. As each of the 23 courses was prepared the chefs gave an explanation of the ingredients and their preparation. They also invited questions and comments from the diners. It was simply an astonishing evening. If you go, do the wine pairing, it's totally worth it.
