One of the best restaurants in Vegas. The Fois candy bar for dessert was in all ways decadent and shameless. I took a long hot shower after that indulgence. The 88$ tasting menu and $44 wine pairing is a great way to experience the mastery and genius that comes out of the kitchen. Service is a little pretentious but mindful and knowledgable. Dining in the front is a more sensory experience, lighting effects, music. Back dining room, bathed in dark fabrics, and a beautiful high ceiling is comfortable, yet still hip-- and modern. $$$Pricey to very expensive.
Note:
They do have a tremendously unique craft beer selection that can offered as a flight/pairing with a tasting menu.
Started with Coffee Infused Bison Tenderloin. Spring Asparagus Salad next. Finished with American Red Snapper. All prepared to perfection. One of the best restraints in Vegas.
Ate alone at the bar. Great bartenders. Nice service and company. The foie gras custard brûlée was outstanding. I could have had it for dessert. Licked the plate. Iberico pork was tasty. Continuing the theme, I finished with foie gras ice cream sundae. Interesting complex combination of favors, but it worked. Overall, one of the best meals I've had in Las Vegas. I can't wait to return.
We had the Chef's Tasting Menu. The meal was wonderful. My wife had the wine tasting and I had the beer tasting. Will be back next time we are Las Vegas!
Epic meal at Sage the other night. The wagyu tartare was ethereal and we loved the fois brûlée. Had pork belly and 48 hour beef belly and my belly was very very happy. Service was excellent and very unpretentious.
Sage is a go-to restaurant for us. The execution is consistently perfect. The space is wonderful, whether you are in the beautiful main dining room or if you decide to eat in the bar. Our service has always been excellent. We have a favorite waiter named Bond. He's always taken great care of us as a couple or when we dine here with a large party.
Had the prix fixe menu and enjoyed every bite. Attentive service and high-quality food.
Everyone said to try the foie gras brûlée if you like foie gras. My husband and I love it so we knew we had to try it. It was awful and disconcerting. Extremely overpriced for the quality of food and for the preparation. The staff, omitting the snoody hostess, was wonderful.
Went to Sage for the first time with a friend. I did the Chef's tasting menu with wine paring, which was all fantastic. My friend got the Kobe NY Strip after a recommendation from the waiter, and although he doesn't normally like a NY strip, he said it was really good. Wait staff was attentive but not annoying, and our waiter was very knowledgeable but not in a snooty way. He allowed me to switch out my last wine pairing from a really sweet dessert wine (which I hate) to more of an earlier wine. Might not have paired as well with the dessert, but at least I knew I'd drink it! I'd definitely return to Sage!
Food was fresh and tasty. Actually loved the smallish portions after a week of overeating in other strip restaurants. The beet salad to start was a nice switch-up from the usual greens based openers. Bread was just OK. Worst part was that there was a high-energy music loop playing too loudly. It was inappropriate for dining and initial requests for a turn down were ignored by the staff. Might go back. We'll see.
Really great experience here. First a visit to lounge. Knowledgeable and personable bartender. Outstanding beer selection with numerous Belgians on tap . Food and service in restaurant equalled all the hype. We've to most all the restaurants on the strip and this was at or close to the top.
Went there with the wife for our first year anniversary. The waiter started all high class, but quickly figured out we just wanted to have a good time, and he was awesome!! Food was stellar, even the chef and the manager stopped by to make sure everything was to our liking. I'll go back for sure!!
Meal and service were great. Lobster ravioli, fish, filet were all good. We had this peanut butter chocolate thing for dessert- not my cup of tea but the person I was with loved it. Wine selection was superb
Beyond description. The cuisine here was stellar. Everything prepared to perfection. Incredible! Highly recommended!!
