We Were stuck in Vegas due to snow at home and BA put us up at south point with dining credit. We went to the silverado for dinner. We declined starters but they came with a bread cart instead, yummy. Next they come with a salad and toss it at the table for you, we upgraded to Caesar for a dollar. I had the filet and my gf had the strip. She was happy with hers, mine was the best bit of steak I have eaten! Cut with a fork and melted on my Tongue. The week before we went to stripsteak at mb. It was nowhere near as good and 3 times the cost!
