He could still fit in nicely with Wynn to head up the Encore and Urban Village development similar to Baldwin's role at MGM Mirage. I don't see him striking out on his own to create a gaming company, but who knows?

I worked with Alex at MGM in Century City and he will definately be seeking an "owner" role. He was not happy with the board at Mirage which is why he left and don't be surprised when him and a few fellows on wall street build the biggest building in Vegas or in Macau.
