Some interesting hints at what is coming for the center Strip from Harrah's. The company's CEO, Gary Loveman, sat down with the LV Sun's Jeff Simpson (great writer, BTW) to share some of what is coming from the company.

Rumours in HK markets today that Harrah's is going to buy a 10% stake in Galaxy to gain Macau exposure - presumably with some sort of strategic relationship involved. Galaxy share price up strongly today on high volume.
Well, if Harrah's is going to build this metraresort, I hope they try to build it in the image of the Augustus Tower at Caesars (i.e.- room design and layout). The interior of that tower works extremely well. I guess, we'll just have to wait until the end of the summer, to finally see what Harrah's has up their sleeves.
Yeah I would like to see Harrah's do something Major, I have never been a fan of Harrah's. I just don't know. They have some nice plaecs, but they have bought them all. I wonder what they can design and build on their own? I hope IP and maybe Flamingo, or something comes down, and they do something really amazing. I guess we'll just have to wait to find out.
