Cosmopolitan Finds a Buyer
Posted by HunterIt seems that the embattled Cosmopolitan Hotel project on the Strip has found a buyer after the bank foreclosed on the original developer.

Cosmo went back to the County this week. I don't know how much, if anything, is new:

One interesting thing I notice on there, and maybe it's not a change, but the square footage for restaurants is larger the square footage of the casino.
