Mandalay Bay is first, followed by the other Las Vegas properties, then expanding out.
Here's some more info and point conversion information:

The conversion is going to take a while, the bigest problem has been the antiquated players club system that Mandalay used.
It was all networked to a room full of AS/400's at Luxor with probably the oldest runing version of IGT's CRM. Now it will all be networked to Bellagio's IT room with local backups in each property and it should be alot better for the players that go to multiple properties.
Unfortunately it will be a lot worse for us who like to get as much comp as we can for our play.
I never found the best staff running the desk at Mandalay's club, but gee was their system pretty good. Their points experiation period wasn't as long as the former Caesars Entertainment "Connection Club," but they counted CashBack and Comps seperately. At MGM-Mirage, you get a comp OR a lesser amount of CashBack. I'm still stinging when the woman at the desk used loose language and convinced me to take $10 insead of a buffet at Bellagio.
So, I've been ready to loathe this day for a while now.
