Harrah's Close To Buying IP?
Posted by detroit1051Gaming Today reports that Harrah's purchase of Imperial Palace is "close to being a done deal." As we all have discussed here before, the purchase would give Harrah's control of the east side of the Strip from Paris up to Venetian.

So, has Harrah's bought the Barbary Coast? That would be in between Bally's and the Flamingo on the East side of the Strip...
Harrah's has not bought Barbary Coast. I got carried away. The article says Boyd has no interest in selling, but I bet there will be a deal so Harrah's will have uninterrupted property.
I hope they don't buy the IP. I like it just the way it is. IP makes Vegas fun for us low rollers.
